The Mini Cooper game was supposed to take place on the first day of the year – January 1st, but if you look at their website, it is now listed for January 10th. Other than their £15 no deposit bingo bonus which remains solid, Wink Bingo made some big changes to their site today.

Although the site design and look remains the same, Wink are introducing many new jackpots and free bingo games, and have replaced their Monthly pre-buying system with a weekly one.
The new games layout offers significant jackpots and prizes every day of the week, and are supposed to spice things up at Wink and increase traffic. There is also an addition of free online bingo games along the week to appeal to registered users, as well as the regular £15 no deposit bingo signup bonus to attract new members – the bingo bonus only requires registration, no depositing needed.
Although Wink Bingo is one of the biggest brands in the UK online bingo industry, it looks like they keep looking forward – this move adds to strong marketing campaigns recently, including TV ads and TV show sponsorships (The Cube and Harry Hill on ITV), advertisement in magazines and marketing through online channels and search engines.

Wink Bingo will be the sponsor for prime time TV show “The Cube” on ITV.

The show, hosted by Philip Schofield, airs Saturdays at 8.15 pm is a game show testing physical and mental abilities of contestants while performing various tasks and solving puzzles inside a ‘challenging’ cube. This is not the first time Wink Bingo has sponsored such a show – last year they partnered up with the family game show Family Fortunes, so it appears this former TV exposure experience probably has a good affect.  This can probably signal Wink are about to start launching many special promotions in addition to their regular £15  no deposit bingo bonus, as they usually do after summer ends.

In addition to wink Bingo former and current TV sponsorship, we saw many top bingo brands doing similar sponsorships on TV – Foxy Bingo sponsored the Jeremy Kyle show (see bellow), and William Hill Bingo who sponsored The Real Deal and Spin Star – both on ITV as well, although The two brands don’t offer any bingo no deposit bonus as Wink Bingo does.
This is another step taken to stay clear of the gambling branding these big brands may be associated with and establish themselves as legitimate games and entertainment sites appealing to the general adult public instead.
